Shipping options and charges

Available delivery destinations, shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Review any product-specific shipping information before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Orders require processing before dispatch. Please refer to any processing and delivery estimates shown on the product page or at checkout. If an estimate is not provided for your destination, contact andrewgiles1845@outlook.com before ordering for current information.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, holidays and other circumstances. Mandatory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Tracking and separate shipments

When tracking is available, dispatch information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may not appear immediately. Items in the same order may be sent separately.

Delivery issues

Please check your address carefully and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email andrewgiles1845@outlook.com with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

International orders

Taxes and duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Additional import charges may apply depending on your destination and the shipping terms. Ask us before purchasing if you need clarification.
